1cYogurt (thick)
1/2cThin sliced cucumber slices, drained 1 clove garlic
3tbOil
DIRECTIONS
1/4tsSalt
1tsVinegar

Add minced garlic to yogurt and work in salt, vinegar and oil, working well until well blended. Add sliced cucumbers an mix well. Serve over fried zucchini squash. A very cool and refreshing treat.
